You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Curie uses Google OAuth for authentication. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Team administrators are responsible for managing team members, setting compliance rules, and ensuring their team's use of the Service complies with these Terms.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Send spam, phishing, or other unsolicited messages
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Service
• Use the Service to compete with Curie

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms.

Curie provides an AI-powered email workspace for B2B teams. Features include:

• AI-ranked email feed
• Context-aware reply drafts
• Next best action suggestions
• Real-time compliance checking
• Team knowledge base integration
• Performance analytics

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We will provide reasonable notice before discontinuing core functionality.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the Service, you agree to our data practices.

You own your data. We do not claim ownership of your emails, documents, or other content you process through the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to process data through our Service, including obtaining any necessary consents from individuals whose data you upload.

Curie integrates with third-party services including Google (Gmail, Drive, Calendar) and Anthropic (Claude AI). Your use of these integrations is subject to those providers' terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party services. If a third-party service becomes unavailable, some Curie features may not function.

Our property: The Service, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by Curie and protected by intellectual property laws.

Your property: You retain all rights to your emails, documents, and other content. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service.

AI-generated content: Drafts and suggestions generated by the Service are provided for your use. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any content before sending.

By you: You may terminate your account at any time by disconnecting your Google account and contacting us to request account deletion.

By us: We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or if we discontinue the Service. We will provide 30 days notice where possible.

Effect of termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. We will delete your data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide at least 30 days notice of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
